Step One - Build The RelationshipWe like to spend time with you to get to know you. Often times it's easy to sight on that, believe it or not. We want to focus on you, who you are, what makes you tick, and why you seek our services. Sharing is caring. It's important you know who we are too and we believe sharing part of us and who we are even at a personal level is important for a strong relationship. At the end of the day, we want to earn your trust.

Step Two - Identify Your NeedsAt this point, we meet with you talk about your organization, how you work, and what you need. We want to be clear about who we are, what we do and what products we are really good at. Success stories are important and we have a lot from every type of organization you can imagine! It's our opinion that if we can't appeal to your senses at this step, we let you know without wasting your time.

Step Three - Demonstrate our SkillsIf you want to buy a car, and the dealer says "no test drives", would you buy? Even though you might trust a vendor even through word of mouth, it's important those touted skills are demonstrated in some way. We want to take what we learned in the previous step and apply it in a small way to prove our ability to solve your problems.
