In 1998, he earned an MIS degree then in 2012 a Master's in Education from Texas A&M, and over the past 18 years, he's consulted hundreds of companies in all markets, offering best practices in the service management field. Today he leads a strong team of consultants at Dataseti, with one goal - Customer Service. He knows that if Dataseti loves it's customers, everything will fall into place.

Krystina continues to strive for excellence as we keep a laser-like focus on ITSM.
