Continuous Improvement... Like a Consultant in Your Pocket.

Dataseti wants your organization to improve and evolve, not just because it's an ITIL process.  And there's no better way to do that than to sign up for a Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP).  Think of CIP as having one of us available to call upon at virtually any time.  Forget having to worry about new contracts every so often when you need something done, or wanting to upgrade here and there.  With CIP, get more things done without the hassle.

What can a Continuous Improvement Plan do for You?

CIP can be anything for you, but should be used to keep your investment up to date with fresh ideas!
  • Meet at least once a month with a consultant.
  • Get a scheduled Ivanti's Service Manager system checkup during the CIP period.
  • Have an open block of time for support, improvements, min-projects, etc.
  • Start each quarter or month with a fresh set of hours.
  • Cancel anytime you want.

Once you sign up, we'll schedule a reoccurring monthly call with you to go over your system, what's happening and so on.  Our goal is to help you keep improving your system!

Once you've defined things for the CIP period, we'll get to work whether it's fixes or improvements.  Either way, we can do it all!  What's nice is that you can log in anytime to the Dataseti portal to see what has been done.  Transparency is our middle name and we want to make sure you're happy everything!

Start. Stop. Repeat.

The beauty with CIP is that when the period is over, it restarts, always giving you time to keep your ideas and improvements rolling.  A period can be either monthly or quarterly.  Some customers buy one month at a time, while others choose to pay quarterly.  No commitments, cancel at least 30 days before the next renewal.
